Do I need to submit a paper copy of my completed thesis?

Starting Fall 2025, Chambers Library and the Jackson College of Graduate Studies no longer require master's students to submit paper copies in order to meet graduation requirements. Students will continue to submit their theses through the ProQuest ETD Administrator portal (linked below). Students desiring personal copies may order them through ProQuest as part of the submission process.
The library will fund and catalog bound copies in the UCO Theses & Dissertations Collection located in Special Collections & University Archives.
Digital files of all theses are saved in our institutional repository, SHAREOK (linked below).
