What do I do if I am asked to pay for an article the Library is providing access to?

If you run into this problem do not pay for the article. Use the “Report-a-Problem” link on the “View It” or article link page. You will see it under “Additional Options” on the lower part of that page. Once the form is received a Library staff member will follow-up to assist you with getting the article.
