How do I submit my thesis to Archives & Special Collections?
Answer
Submit one (1) hard copy of your thesis to the Archives & Special Collections in Chambers Library (Room 215) with the following requirements:
- Must begin with a Title Page, followed by the signed Signature Page, then the Abstract Page(s)
- Must have an original signature page signed by all members of your thesis committee. We will accept digital signatures, but each member of your committee must sign the same signature page.
- Must be printed on white, 25% cotton or rag paper
- Must be printed single sided
- Must not be bound or hole punched.
- Must submit thesis with a completed Binding Deposit Form.
- Must have completed submitting an electronic copy to ProQuest ETD Administrator.
All theses must be submitted by 5:00 PM of the last day of the semester. For fall & spring semesters, this is Friday of finals week. For summer semesters, this is the last day of class.
